Shipping
Expedited shipping guarantees shipments will ship via that shipping method but not necessarily that day. Some products are built to order and normally ship within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- Most orders will ship via FedEx Services. You can choose UPS during checkout.
- Our products may be shipped from multiple warehouses, so it may not be possible for us to group each order into one package.
- We will provide our customers with tracking on all shipments as soon as it is available.
- A $2 Expedite my order processing fee can be selected during checkout to rush process the order. This service bumps your order up to the front of the processing que.
- Generally, our orders ship within 1-3 business days. This excludes freight tool boxes, custom built products, or out of country shipments.
- EZ Truck Store ships to Canada and Mexico but is not responsible for Duties and Taxes.
- EZ Truck Store honors FOB Destination shipping guidelines. If your product shows up damaged or defective - call us!
General Return Guidelines
Products must be in its original unused condition to be considered for return (please see below for manufacturer defects, damaged goods, or missing items). All customers must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for any return freight or shipping costs unless the product showed up damaged.
Buyer is responsible to notify seller of any shortage or damaged products within 3 working days of receipt. Failure to inspect goods within 3 working days of receipt of goods by the buyer constitutes a waiver of buyer’s rights to inspect and constitutes acceptance of goods in current condition. Costs of inspections are buyer’s responsibility.

Instructions
- Email admin@eztruckstore.com to request a refund.
- Please include detailed reasons why you are requesting the refund- (Ez Truck Store has the right to request photos or any additional information prior to issuing an RMA).
- Upon authorization of return by an EZ Truck Store member you will be issued an RMA and instructions on where and how to return the products.
Manufacturer defects/missing items
The customer has 15 days to report missing product(s) or any manufacturer defect to EZ Truck Store. Defects will require a detailed description, so we can work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Images may be requested. Most manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty- all manufacturer defects and missing item claims are subject to change in accordance with specific manufacturer requirements or guidelines.
Custom ordered products
We build custom signs, banners, flags, lighting equipment, and much more! Any custom order placed with EZ Truck Store is non-refundable and are excluded from the above listed guidelines.
Bottom Line
It is our goal to provide the customer not only with high quality products but with high quality customer service. As stated above, most of our manufacturers provide a 1 year replace/repair policy and we will work with these manufacturers to ensure your product fits your needs. The above stated policies are guidelines that are set in place to provide our customers with an idea of our standard return policies. EZ Truck Store will treat each request on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
